We assign a dedicated Project Manager to each campaign we undertake to work with the client closely to identify and realise overall goals and objectives. Once this is achieved the PM will design a campaign framework providing detail in terms of personnel requirements, recruitment and training strategies, operational and back office structures, cost bases & investment figures, sales strategies, projected sales figures and a timeline for campaign roll out.
